From the beginning of the process, Tim made us feel at ease. We were definitely nervous about building, having never built or renovated before. Tim met us at our block of land before purchase and helped us conceptualise the possibilities of the design and budget. We purchased the block immediately after that meeting with Tim. Unfortunately for us, throughout the build we lived over 900km away, but the communication of the Tailored Homes team meant that we didn’t notice the distance. Tim and Thea excelled in their communication and remained flexible with our schedules which enabled the build to progress smoothly. Tim’s local knowledge of trades and providers allowed us to buy local, without compromise on quality or cost.
